Permanent Pet Odor Eliminator Spray I have 5 small dogs. One of my dogs isn't completely housebroken, as he was born deaf and depends on sign language to communicate. He's never had the negative voice reinforcement. Accidents do happen, and I have tried many products over the 10 years he has been a part of our family that get rid of urine smells. At several points changing out the house carpet to tile in the main areas and changing carpet in the bedrooms. This still didn't prevent him as he already had areas. I've given up and just clean as need be by hand and our carpet scrubber machine.
